Steve Banchero, Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
Steve has thirty years experience in waste management, including as principal of Rabanco. Within Rabanco, Steve was Chief Executive Officer of Northwest EnviroService, an environmental services company, from 1979 to 1995, where he gained significant expertise in fluids waste management, especially in wastewater treatment, waste oil recycling and hazardous waste.
Jerry Bartlett, Vice President, Emerald Recycling & Cedar Grove Composting.
Jerry brings eighteen years in hazardous waste processing and treatment, with extensive experience in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. Jerry is the company's designated Regulatory Compliance Officer.
Clue Westmoreland, Vice President, Emerald Services and Chief Operating Officer.
Clue has thirty years experience in waste management, including senior executive positions in sales, operations, and general management with Rabanco. Clue developed a highly successful recycling program focused to corporate customers.
Susan Thoman, Director of Marketing and Business Development, Cedar Grove Composting
Susan has over fifteen years of marketing and educational expertise in the solid and industrial waste arena. She has worked with a wide range of clients including small business owners, govenment agencies, and major corporations throughout the western United States and Canada. Her expertise lies in the development of sound, economically viable options to traditional disposal and product procurement options, allowing the region to minimize its dependence on limited natural resources. Susan's experience in developing programs to match wastes to potential product buyers has facilitated a growing awareness for recycled products and their applications throughout the Pacific Northwest. Susan has been affiliated with Cedar Grove Composting since 1990.
Ron Westmoreland, Facility Administrator and Plant Manager, Cedar Grove Composting
Ron has 16 years experience in waste management. Ron has worked in all levels of processing and facility management since Cedar Grove Composting was established in 1989.
John Brigham, Chief Financial Officer.
John moved into the CFO role in August 2002 after twelve years of experience in several Banchero family businesses, including Northwest Waste Industries, Cedar Grove Composting and Emerald Services. Prior to that, John, a registered CPA, worked for a regional accounting firm.
